欢迎使用 RockiotTag（以下简称"本应用"，包名：com.RockiotTag.tag）。本服务由康凯斯信息技术 (香港) 有限公司（以下简称"我们"）开发并运营。在使用本应用前，请您仔细阅读以下条款。一旦您下载、安装或使用本应用，即表示您同意受本服务条款约束。

1. 条款的接受

本服务条款、以及我们通过引用并入的《隐私政策》，共同构成您与我们之间的完整协议。若您不同意本条款的任何内容，请勿使用本应用。

2. 账号与设备绑定

• 您需注册并登录账号后方可绑定 RockiotTag 设备并使用位置追踪等核心功能。
• 您应对本人账号下的所有活动负责，并有义务妥善保管登录凭据。
• 您绑定的设备及其相关数据，仅您本人可通过绑定的账号查看与管理。

3. 订阅与计费

• 本应用的部分高级功能（如延长位置历史、无限电子围栏、数据导出、优先支持等）需通过应用内订阅（"订阅"）解锁。
• 订阅通过 Google Play 或 Apple App Store 结算。价格以您所在地区商店显示为准，并可能随地区与汇率变动。我们不直接收取或存储您的支付凭证，所有支付由相应商店处理。
• 订阅采用自动续费模式：除非在当前计费周期结束前至少 24 小时取消，否则将在到期时自动续订并扣费。
• 您可通过对应商店的订阅管理界面随时取消续费；取消后，订阅在当前已付费周期内仍可继续使用，到期后不再续订。
• 退款依据相应商店（Google Play / Apple App Store）的退款政策处理，我们不自行直接退款；除适用法律另有规定外，已支付的订阅费用原则上不予退还。
• 您的数据如何被收集与使用，请参阅我们的《隐私政策》。

4. 可接受使用

您同意不会：

• 将本应用用于任何非法目的，或违反所在地法律法规的用途；
• 追踪您无权追踪的人员或财产；
• 干扰、破解或逆向工程本应用的正常运行；
• 利用众包网络上传虚假、恶意或侵犯他人权益的位置数据。

5. 知识产权

本应用及其相关软件、界面、商标、文档等全部知识产权均归我们或授权方所有。未经书面许可，您不得复制、修改、分发或用于商业用途。

6. 免责声明

本应用按"现状"提供。在适用法律允许的最大范围内，我们对因网络连接、设备电量、众包节点覆盖、信号强度等因素导致的位置数据延迟、不准确或不可用，不作任何明示或默示担保。

7. 责任限制

在适用法律允许的范围内，我们对因使用或无法使用本应用所产生的任何间接、附带、特殊或后果性损害不承担责任。本应用不构成对人员、财产安全的担保，请勿将其作为唯一的安全保障手段。

8. 条款变更

我们可能不时更新本服务条款。重大变更将在应用内或本页面公告，并更新"最后更新日期"。您继续使用本应用即视为接受修订后的条款。

Welcome to RockiotTag (hereinafter referred to as "the Application", package name: com.RockiotTag.tag). This service is developed and operated by Kangkais Information Technology (Hong Kong) Co., Limited (hereinafter referred to as "we"). Please read the following terms carefully before using the Application. By downloading, installing, or using the Application, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service, together with our Privacy Policy incorporated by reference, constitute the entire agreement between you and us. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use the Application.

2. Account and Device Binding

• You must register and log in to an account before binding RockiotTag devices and using core features such as location tracking.
• You are responsible for all activities under your account and must keep your login credentials secure.
• Data of the devices you bind can be viewed and managed only by you through your bound account.

3. Subscription and Billing

• Certain premium features (such as extended location history, unlimited geofences, data export, and priority support) require an in-app subscription ("Subscription") to unlock.
• Subscriptions are settled through Google Play or the Apple App Store; prices are shown in your local store and may vary by region and exchange rate. We do not directly collect or store your payment credentials—all payments are handled by the respective store.
• Subscriptions auto-renew: unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period, they will automatically renew and charge you.
• You may cancel auto-renewal at any time via the subscription management interface of the respective store. After cancellation, the Subscription remains active until the end of the paid period and will not renew thereafter.
• Refunds are handled according to the refund policy of the respective store (Google Play / Apple App Store); we do not process refunds directly. Except as required by applicable law, paid subscription fees are generally non-refundable.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Application for any unlawful purpose or in violation of the laws of your jurisdiction;
• Track any person or property without authorization;
• Interfere with, crack, or reverse-engineer the normal operation of the Application;
• Upload false, malicious, or rights-infringing location data through the crowdsourcing network.

5. Intellectual Property

The Application and all related software, interfaces, trademarks, and documentation are the intellectual property of us or our licensors. Without written permission, you may not copy, modify, distribute, or use them for commercial purposes.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Application is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we make no express or implied warranties regarding delays, inaccuracies, or unavailability of location data caused by network connectivity, device battery, crowdsourcing node coverage, signal strength, or similar factors.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of or inability to use the Application. The Application is not a guarantee of personal or property safety; do not rely on it as your sole security measure.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced in the Application or on this page, with the "Last updated" date revised. Your continued use of the Application constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
