欢迎使用 RockiotTag（以下简称“本应用”，包名：com.RockiotTag.tag），由康凯斯信息技术 (香港)有限公司（以下简称“我们”）开发和运营。我们非常重视您的隐私保护，本隐私政策将向您说明我们如何收集、使用、存储和保护您的信息，尤其是与位置追踪和设备绑定相关的数据。

为实现设备绑定与位置追踪核心功能，本应用可能收集以下信息：
- 设备信息：您绑定的 RockiotTag 设备的唯一标识符、设备状态信息，用于识别和管理您的设备。
- 位置信息：
- 您的移动设备位置（仅在您授权后），用于通过众包网络协助更新 RockiotTag 设备的位置数据。
- 您绑定的 RockiotTag 设备的位置数据，由众包网络中的设备上报，用于在本应用中显示设备的实时/历史位置。
- 网络日志信息：应用使用日志（如绑定操作、位置查询记录），用于优化服务稳定性和排查问题。

- 提供、维护和优化 RockiotTag 设备的绑定与位置追踪核心功能。
- 通过众包网络更新和同步设备位置数据，确保您能在应用中查看设备位置。
- 进行数据分析以改善用户体验，优化众包网络的位置更新效率。
- 响应您的客户服务请求，处理设备绑定、位置查询相关的问题。
3. 信息共享
我们不会向第三方出售、交易或以其他方式转让您的个人信息，除非获得您的明确同意，或法律有强制性要求。
仅在以下情况下，您的信息可能被共享：
- 您的设备位置数据会作为众包网络的一部分，以匿名化的形式用于更新其他用户 RockiotTag 设备的位置信息（无个人身份关联）。

我们采取行业标准的安全措施保护您的信息，包括加密传输、访问控制和定期安全审计，防止未经授权的访问、使用或泄露。您的 RockiotTag 设备位置数据仅您本人可通过绑定的应用查看。

- 撤回位置授权（撤回后，您将无法再协助众包网络更新设备位置，也无法使用位置追踪功能）。

Welcome to RockiotTag (hereinafter referred to as "the Application", package name: com.RockiotTag.tag), developed and operated by Kangkais Information Technology (Hong Kong) Co., Limited (hereinafter referred to as "we"). We take your privacy very seriously. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and protect your information, especially data related to location tracking and device binding.
1. Information We Collect
To implement device binding and location tracking features, the Application may collect the following information:
- Device Information: Unique identifiers and status information of your bound RockiotTag devices, used to identify and manage your devices.
- Location Information:
- Your mobile device location (only with your consent), used to assist in updating RockiotTag device location data via the crowdsourcing network.
- Location data of your bound RockiotTag devices, reported by devices in the crowdsourcing network, used to display real-time/historical device locations in the Application.
- Network Log Information: Application usage logs (e.g., binding operations, location query records), used to optimize service stability and troubleshoot issues.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use the collected information solely for the following purposes:
- Providing, maintaining, and optimizing the core features of RockiotTag device binding and location tracking.
- Updating and synchronizing device location data via the crowdsourcing network, ensuring you can view device locations in the Application.
- Analyzing data to enhance user experience and optimize the efficiency of location updates in the crowdsourcing network.
- Responding to your customer service requests regarding device binding and location queries.
3. Information Sharing
We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer your personal information to third parties without your explicit consent, unless required by law.
Your information may only be shared in the following cases:
- Your device location data will be used as part of the crowdsourcing network in an anonymized form to update location information of other users' RockiotTag devices (no personal identity association).
- When required by law or government authorities, we need to cooperate with disclosure of relevant information.
4. Data Security
We use industry-standard security measures to protect your information, including encrypted transmission, access control, and regular security audits, to prevent unauthorized access, use, or disclosure. Your RockiotTag device location data can only be viewed by you through the bound Application.
5. Your Rights
You have the right to:
- Access, correct, or delete your device binding information and related data at any time.
- Withdraw location authorization (after withdrawal, you will no longer be able to assist the crowdsourcing network in updating device locations or use location tracking features).
- Request the deletion of your account and all associated data.
